Really enjoyed how clearly you explained this—sometimes personality types can feel a bit confusing, but you broke it down in such a simple and relatable way. The difference between assertive and turbulent traits makes so much more sense now. Super helpful and easy to follow!
As someone living with DID (dissociative identity disorder, formerly known as multiple personality disorder), I/we are very fascinated with the MBTI. When we first found out about it, several of us took it, and it really helped us to figure out how we can use our various strengths and weaknesses to work together better as a DID system.
My name is Louise, I am an INTJ. The one who does most of the writing of our posts is Leyna, she is an INFJ. I believe you have already had a conversation with Mattie, my “little sister” in our system, who is an ENTP like you.
I (Louise) am probably the one of us who is most obsessed with the MBTI. I have actually done a guest appearance on the Genuine Chit-Chat podcast about it:
If you would like, I would be happy to do a collaboration with you about the MBTI and how it has been useful to us as a DID system. We could do either a written piece or a spoken word interview (as long as you are okay with me using audio only, no video).
Hi, Louise! Nice to meet you. Yes, I remember talking with Matilda the other day. Glad you guys are making use of the MBTI assessments too. I find it really fun.
Yes we could do a collaboration-- if a written piece is okay with you.
stellar post, harshini :D im glad you included turbulent/assertive bc im a VERY turbulent infj and that makes me so much more different than assertive infjs cuz it's just such a major factor of someone's personality.
I could not click on this post fast enough😆 I love MBTI!!

OMG, me too! A big fan of MBTI here! ^^
Thank you so much for reading. ✨

Haha, oh yes! I felt the turbulent/assertive part is overlooked by many so I wrote about it.
I see. I think I'm a mix of both turbulent and assertive. But I'm mostly assertive. ^^
Thanks for reading! :D✨
Huge fan of personality assessments here, too! 🙋🏻♀️
But I always say, no ONE test is ever going to be able to define you 100%… they’re designed to be generalized.
I’m an INTP with Myers-Briggs, and Enneagram 5w4. Plus have Learner, Input, and Intellection as my top 3 CliftonStrengths. 😉
That's so true! No one test is enough to define someone.
That's awesome! A curious ENTP here. (Although you already know XD).
Thanks for reading! :) ✨
